Peter was admitted as a solicitor in 1977 and shortly after that time joined the firm remaining as a Partner since that time.

Peter has extensive experience in all forms of Litigation and heads our Litigation team.  He has special interests in the areas of:

• Criminal Law;
• Civil Litigation;
• Personal Injury Claims;
• Resumptions;
• Commercial and Consumer Tribunal matters.

Peter has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success in all jurisdictions of Queensland Courts and Tribunals.  He is renowned for his professional approach and is an experienced and determined advocate.

Peter is also a Queensland Law Society approved Mediator.

Alan was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and joined the firm as a Partner in 1980.

Alan practiced extensively in all areas of law prior to concentrating his practice in:

• Conveyancing;
• Commercial leasing;
• Business contracts;
• Trusts and Company structures;
• Wills and Estate Planning.

Alan manages our commercial and conveyancing practice and can assist in all manner of contract matters whether large or small, commercial or personal.

Simone was admitted as a solicitor in 1994 and commenced working at the firm in that same year.  She became a Partner in 1999.

Simone has been instrumental in the development of the firm’s litigation department, and maintains a special interest in:

• Family Law;
• Civil Litigation;
• Estate Disputes;
• Building Disputes;
• Criminal Law.

Simone is also interested in sports law including judiciary matters and club disputes.

Simone is an accomplished, experienced and enthusiastic advocate in all jurisdictions.

Geoff commenced working at the firm as an Articled Clerk in 1991.  He was admitted as a solicitor in 1997 and became a Partner in 2005.

Geoff is a member of our Litigation team and concentrates in:

• Personal Injury Claims;
• Civil Litigation;
• Criminal Law;
• Planning and Environment Court matters;
• Industrial Relations.

Geoff has experience appearing as advocate in all jurisdictions.

Renee Watt – Solicitor

Renee commence working at the firm in 2001 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003.  After a period of working overseas for 2 years, Renee returned to the firm in 2006 and joined our Commercial and conveyancing practice.
