Mahoney was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 1996 having completed Articles in the Gympie region. Before taking a leave of absence from the profession to have children Mahoney gained experience in many areas including Wills and Estate Planning, Conveyancing, Leasing and litigation.
Once her children began Primary School, Mahoney returned to the profession when she commenced at the firm in 2007. Mahoney practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives, Assisting with Retirement Issues, Estate Administration, Applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration as well as Contesting Estates and providing advices on Inheritances.
Mahoney has an interest in assisting people in their effective planning for their golden years and in helping people sort through the often overwhelming issues arising after the death of a loved one.
Mahoney is a Tewantin local having grown up there and continues to reside there with her husband and two children.
